Join Abbie (RYT-200) and community members for an hour-long vinyasa flow that is made for all bodies and all previous yoga experiences. Together on our mats, we'll move our bodies linking breath to movement. Bring your own mat, water, and any props you enjoy for practice (blocks, straps, etc).
