Join Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Instructor (and Sound Healing Practitioner), Marlene Boyette for an outdoor experience that welcomes you to ease into your Tuesday evening. This gentle class is accessible for all levels and will include basic breathing exercises, restorative yoga, and conclude with a sound meditation with singing bowls.

Participants should bring their own yoga mats.
